The Football League, founded in 1888 by Aston Villa director William McGregor, was a professional football league in the first world. Since its founding, however, many other leagues were established in England. Over the years there has been a growing effort to link all these leagues together in a pyramidal structure for the promotion and relegation between different levels. The main motivation of this album is to maintain the possibility of any club in England can dream up from one day to the top, regardless of the situation that currently occupy. In a study conducted by FIFA in 2006, there are about 40,000 registered clubs in the FA, which is 11,000 more than any other country, the closer the Brazilian Football Confederation have 29 000 registered clubs. Even without taking into account the relative population, England has more football clubs than any other country in the world [12].
